Contact Phantom8

Questions about a guide, corrections, topic suggestions or commercial enquiries: send us a message and we’ll get back to you.

We’re an information website

Phantom8 doesn’t arrange, book or track shipments, and we can’t give customs advice for a specific consignment. For help with a live shipment, contact your freight forwarder or a licensed customs agent.

Reporting a correction

Tell us which page needs updating and what has changed. A link to a PNG Customs, NAQIA or port authority notice helps us check it quickly.

Commercial enquiries

For sponsorship or partnership enquiries, choose ‘Commercial enquiry’ in the form. Any commercial relationship is disclosed to readers on the pages where it appears.

Response times

We aim to reply within a few business days. Messages about errors in our guides are prioritised.
